Catherine is no great beauty, nor particularly witty or clever. She's very average, and being young, not very experienced nor naturally very gifted. She's just a simple girl but the thing that makes her so funny and endearing is her wild imagination and romantic love of adventure, Gothic novels, and mystery! This richly variegated skein captures Catherine's vivid imagination in shades of orchid, magenta, and teal, punctuated with pewter and dashes of black speckles. The colors perfectly complement each other and are pleasing yet never boring, capturing Catherine's youth and idealism mixed with her rather morbid love of mystery and gruesome adventures.
